The present invention is a mechanical device that stretches the Gastrosoleus complex by lever action. It comprises Foot Plate to fix the foot in the shoes and a shank to attach the device to the leg. The two elements are attached by a hinge that is in alignment with the ankle joint. Foot plate has a long rod that acts as Let-er attachment to stretch the Gastrosoleus complex. Foot plate also has adjustable leather strap to fix the shoes. Two adjustable leather straps on the shank are present one near the ankle and other near the calf to fix the device to the leg. A counter heel counter is present on the lower end of the shank that prevents the upard sliding of the shoes into the shank.
