To provide a guide ring that eases friction/wear in the guide ring, the guide ring that can reduce distortion and breakage due to a fishing line, the guide ring that protects the fishing line, and the guide ring that prevents a yarn dandruff phenomenon between guides caused by strong wind, etc., and a phenomenon where the fishing line sticks to a guide ring inner wall by being derived in static electricity.SOLUTION: A two-layer rotational opening/closing guide ring device is provided in which the simple push of one-touch type is targeted, and the insertion of a guide fishing line becomes simple because an inflation part given to a portion of a deformation inner ring part is rotated at a necessary minimum of diameter for avoiding the friction containing the breakage by the horizontal friction of a fishing line and protecting the line breakage and an insertion port is closed. An oil circulation pipe type guide ring is provided in which the polymer-based lubricating oil derived from plants is applied, and thereby the protection of the fishing line is made possible.
