The present invention relates to a roll-type medical dressing band which protects skin wounds such as burns, wounds, and injuries； and is used for treatment at the same time and, more specifically, to a roll-type medical dressing band capable of being stored in a comfortable state when the roll-type medical dressing band is stored for a long time, or is stored in a place with high humidity； and highly improving use convenience by easily pulling the roll-type medical dressing band without falling in a process of pulling an adhesive sheet to the outside. Even if the roll-type medical dressing band is stored for the long time or is stored in the place with the high humidity, the roll-type medical dressing band is stored in the comfortable state by preventing sticking or adsorption of a sheet member because projections formed on an upper surface of a release sheet are spaced at a certain distance from a lower surface of the release sheet when the sheet member is rolled by a roll-type. The present invention highly improves the use convenience by easily pulling the roll-type medical dressing band without falling from the release sheet in the process of pulling the adhesive sheet to the outside with the protrusions arranged at an edge of the adhesive sheet.
