The heat exchange module includes a heat transfer fluid channel and a heat transfer plate in heat transfer relationship with the fluid in the channel. The reference side of the thermoelectric cooler (TEC) is in thermal contact with the plate. The heat transfer tile is in thermal contact with the user side of the TEC.
