PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to the desire for a material of an RFID tag for use for identification of individual management of a medical surgical instrument, which is superior in water resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance, and oil resistance and can endure a high-pressure and high-temperature environment to allow the medical surgical instrument to be repeatedly reused through cleaning and sterilization processes, and to the desire for an RFID tag attaching method which enables anyone to easily attach an RFID tag.SOLUTION: An inexpensive RFID tag on the market which is superior in heat resistance and metal resistance is utilized and is incorporated in a silicone rubber tube and is sealed up with a silicone adhesive, whereby the RFID tag is hardly affected by an external environment. Wires serving as a loop antenna of the RFID tag are twisted together to tie the RFID tag to a medical surgical instrument, whereby anyone can easily attach the RFID tag to the medical surgical instrument.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】医療用手術器具の個体管理の識別に、RFIDタグを使用する方法において、医療用手術器具は、洗浄、滅菌工程を繰り返し再生利用するため、RFIDタグは、耐水性、耐溶剤性、耐薬品性、耐油性に優れ、高圧、高温の環境に耐えられる素材及び取り付け方法が求められる。また、特殊機械なしに、だれでも簡単に取り付けられるRFIDタグの取り付け方法が求められる。【解決手段】耐熱、耐金属性に優れた市販の低価格なRFIDタグを利用し、シリコンゴムチューブ内にRFIDタグを内蔵し、シリコン系接着剤でRFIDタグを封印することにより、外部環境の影響を受けにくくし、RFIDタグのループアンテナの役割をするワイヤを撚りあわせ、RFIDを医療用手術器具に結びつける方法で、誰でも簡単にRFIDタグを医療用手術器具に取りつけられる。【選択図】図3
