PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article achieving both excellent wearing feeling and high absorption performance.SOLUTION: An absorbent article (1) according to the current invention has: a front side area (A1) where a vertically long absorbent body part (2) having a longitudinal direction and a width direction is positioned on a front side of a wearer when the absorbent article (1) is put on in the longitudinal direction； a rear side region (A3) positioned on a rear side of the wearer when the absorbent article (1) is put on； and an excretion port matching region (A2) which is positioned between the front side area (A1) and the rear side region (A3) and, when the absorbent article (1) is put on, matches the excretion port of the wearer.
