Disclosed is a height measurement apparatus capable of quickly measuring an examinee&prime；s height. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a height measurement frame； a sliding member installed to be lifted/lowered along the height measurement frame by operation of a driving unit； a moving bar coupled to one side of the sliding member by a coupling member and protruding to a front side of the height measurement frame to be in contact with a first position corresponding to one region of an upper part of an examinee&prime；s body so as to measure the examinee&prime；s height； one or more sensors disposed on one lower side of the moving bar to measure a distance (D) between the moving bar and the first position； and a control unit to determine a lowing speed of the sliding member at least partially based on the distance (D) between the moving bar and the first position, and a predetermined threshold distance (PD), and to calculate a value of the examinee&prime；s height from a contact motion of the moving bar with respect to the first position.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 신장 측정 장치가 개시된다. 상기 신장 측정 장치는, 신장 측정 프레임； 구동부의 동작에 의해 상기 신장 측정 프레임을 따라 승강 및 하강 운동하도록 설치되는 슬라이딩 부재； 상기 슬라이딩 부재의 일측에 결합부재에 의하여 결합되며, 상기 신장 측정 프레임의 전면 측으로 돌출되어 피검자의 신체의 상부 일 영역에 대응하는 제 1 위치와 접촉하여 상기 피검자의 신장을 측정하도록 형성되는 이동식 바(bar)； 상기 이동식 바와 상기 제 1 위치 간의 거리(D)를 측정할 수 있도록 상기 이동식 바의 하부 일측에 구비되는 하나 이상의 센서； 및 상기 이동식 바와 상기 제 1 위치간의 거리(D) 및 사전 결정된 임계 거리(PD)에 적어도 부분적으로 기초하여 상기 슬라이딩 부재의 하강 속도를 결정하고 그리고 상기 이동식 바의 상기 제 1 위치에 대한 접촉동작으로부터 상기 피검자의 신장값을 산출하도록 구성되는 제어부；를 포함할 수 있다.
