PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of simultaneously comparing two different three-dimensional surface rendering images or the like or simultaneously observing three-dimensional distribution related to a plurality of different wall motion information items.SOLUTION: Regarding two different 3D surface rendering displays including wall motion information analyzed three-dimensionally, scales are made identical prospective positions are always held identical and time phases are synchronized, and displayed side by side. Meanwhile, marker display for supporting orientation grasp of an anatomical segment is added. As two different information items, two examples, displaying the same parameter in two data of an identical patient at different times (stress, before and after the treatment) and displaying parameters different in the same data, are good examples. By these display methods, it is possible to three-dimensionally grasp changes over time of the three-dimensional wall motion information, distribution of different wall motion information, and its comprehensive situations.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 異なる二つの三次元的サーフェスレンダリング像等を同時に比較でき、或いは、異なる複数の壁運動情報に関する三次元的な分布の様子を一度に観察することができる超音波診断装置等を提供すること。【解決手段】 三次元的に解析された壁運動情報を含む、異なる二つの3Dサーフェスレンダリング表示について、スケールを同一にし、互いの見込み位置を常に同一に保ち、時相も同期させて左右に並べて表示する。この際、解剖学的segmentとのオリエンテーション把握を支援するmaker表示を付加する。異なる二つの情報としては、時間が異なる同一患者の2データで同じパラメータを表示(stress、治療前後).同じデータで異なる二つのパラメータを表示の二例が好適である。これらの表示法により、三次元的な壁運動情報の経時変化の様子、異なる壁運動情報の分布とその複合的な様子が三次元的に把握可能となる。【選択図】 図1
