PURPOSE: An ultrasonic transducer, an ultrasound probe, and an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus are provided to transmit an electric signal to each of piezoelectric elements through a side surface electrode, thereby facilitating the application to a two-dimensional alignment structure.CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic transducer includes multiple piezoelectric elements (121), separate electrodes, side surface electrodes, and a side surface substrate (131). The multiple piezoelectric elements are arranged in at least one row. The separate electrodes are provided at least on any one surface of the upper and lower surfaces of each of the multiple piezoelectric elements. The side surface electrodes are extended toward one side surface of the multiple piezoelectric elements from the separate electrodes, respectively.
