PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered green tea furnace that can give peculiar sweet aroma to powdered green tea while increasing throughput per unit time.SOLUTION: A powdered green tea furnace 10 includes a drying chamber 13, a belt conveyor 14, a hot air generator (a combustion type hot air generating furnace 11 and a hot air guide pipe 12), and stirring means 15. The drying chamber 13 is filled with hot air. The hot air generator generates hot air in the drying chamber 13. The belt conveyor 14 is arranged in at least one stage in the drying chamber to convey tea leaves T.
