The present invention relates to a novel compound having skin-whitening, anti-oxidizing and PPAR activities and to a medical use therefor. Compounds according to the present invention can be used to advantage in skin-whitening pharmaceutical compositions or cosmetics as they have a skin-whitening activity whereby tyrosinase is inhibited, and can be used to advantage in the prevention or treatment of skin ageing or the like as they have an anti-oxidizing activity, and can also be used as pharmaceutical compositions or health foods which are useful in preventing and treating obesity, metabolic disease or cardiovascular disease as they have PPAR activity and, more particularly, PPARα and PPARγ activity.La présente invention concerne un nouveau composé à activités de blanchiment de la peau, anti-oxydante pour la peau et PPAR et son utilisation médicale. Selon l'invention, ces composés peuvent être utilisés de manière avantageuse dans des compositions pharmaceutiques ou des produits cosmétiques de blanchiment du fait de leur activité de blanchiment de la peau par inhibition de la tyrosinase, et dans la prévention ou le traitement du vieillissement de la peau ou analogue du fait de leur activité anti-oxydante, et dans des compositions pharmaceutiques ou des aliments naturels utiles dans la prévention et le traitement de l'obésité, de maladies métabolique ou cardiovasculaire du fait de leur activité PPAR et, plus particulièrement, PPARα et PPARγ.본 발명은 피부미백, 항산화 및 PPAR 활성을 갖는 신규 화합물 및 이의 의학적 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 화합물들은 티로시나아제를 억제하는 피부미백 활성을 지니므로 피부미백용 약학조성물 또는 화장품에 유용하게 사용될 수 있고, 항산화 활성을 지니므로 피부노화 등의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 또한 PPAR 활성 특히, PPARα 및 PPARγ 활성을 지니므로 비만, 대사성 질환 또는 심혈관계 질환을 예방하고 치료하는 데에 유용한 약학조성물 또는 건강식품으로 사용될 수 있다.
