The present invention provides an electromyography measuring device for measuring the electromyography of a muscle group of an individual to be measured. The muscle group to be measured is categorized into a deficient side muscle group and a healthy side muscle group. The electromyography measuring device comprises a deficient side measuring electrode unit, a healthy side measuring electrode unit and a control unit. The deficient side measuring electrode unit is disposed on the deficient side muscle group and measures the electromyography of the deficient side muscle group to generate deficient side measuring data. The healthy side measuring electrode unit is disposed on the healthy side muscle group and measures the electromyography of the healthy side muscle group to generate healthy side measuring data. The control unit determines the correlation between the deficient side measuring data and the healthy side measuring data. In this manner, the electromyography measuring device facilitates users to check and evaluate the symptom of dysphagia.一種肌電訊號量測分析裝置，用於量測一個體的一待測肌肉群的肌電訊號，待測肌肉群可區分為一患側肌肉群及一健側肌肉群，其包含一患側量測電極單元、一健側量測電極單元及一控制單元。患側量測電極單元設置於患側肌肉群，並量測患側肌肉群之肌電訊號以產生一患側量測資料。健側量測電極單元設置於健側肌肉群，並量測健側肌肉群之肌電訊號以產生一健側量測資料。控制單元用以判斷患側量測資料與健側量測資料之相關性。藉此，所述肌電訊號量測分析裝置能便於使用者檢查、評估吞嚥功能異常之症狀。
