PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner face electron beam irradiation device capable of extending life and an electron beam sterilization facility equipped with the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an inner face electron beam irradiation device for sterilizing an inner face of a PET bottle 1 with an aperture 2 formed by irradiation of electron beam E, having an electron beam irradiation nozzle 23 for irradiating the electron beam E to the inner face of the PET bottle 1. The electron beam irradiation nozzle 23 has an ejection window 41 ejecting the electron beam E, a nozzle body 31 for holding the ejection window 41 and a protective part 51 for protecting the nozzle body 31. The electron irradiation nozzle 23 has a lift 24 to make approach and alienation of the aperture 2 and the ejection window 41 and make a state of the PET bottle 1 at approach that the inner face is irradiated with the electron beam E.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】寿命を長くし得る内面電子線照射装置およびこれを具備する電子線滅菌設備を提供する。【解決手段】開口部２が形成されたペットボトル１の内面を電子線Ｅの照射により滅菌する内面電子線照射装置であって、ペットボトル１の内面に電子線Ｅを照射する電子線照射ノズル２３が備えられた。電子線照射ノズル２３は、電子線Ｅを出射する出射窓４１と、この出射窓４１を保持するノズル本体３１と、このノズル本体３１を保護する保護部５１とを有する。電子線照射ノズル２３は、さらに、開口部２と出射窓４１とを接近および離間させるとともに、接近の際にペットボトル１をその内面に電子線Ｅが照射される状態にする昇降機２４が備えられた。【選択図】図３
