PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-operable pressure type automatic chaotzu dumpling frying machine and a chaotzu dumpling cooking method capable of heating food materials to the cores, and providing beautifully fried dumplings without any uneven frying.SOLUTION: This pressure type automatic chaotzu dumpling frying machine 1 includes a pan part 3 having an upper opening part 2 and frying chaotzu dumpling, a lid part 4 airtightly and freely opening/closing the lid part, a heater part for heating the pan part 3, and a pressure release valve 6 for retaining the pressure inside the pan part 3 to a first predetermined pressure.
