A dispenser 10 for dispensing a liquid comprising a reservoir for storing a liquid to be dispensed, a manually operative pump arrangement 2400, 2410, 2418, 2428, 2440, 2450, 2446, 2460 disposed at a first end region of the reservoir, a conduit 22 extending from the pump arrangement to a second end region of the reservoir and configured for communicating reservoir contents, a dispense conduit 26 extending from the pump arrangement and comprising a dispense aperture in liquid communication with the pump arrangement and an open ended tube extending in a direction away from the pump arrangement. The open ended tube may be configured to receive a cap 14 to close the open ended tube, ideally the cap is a child safety cap. Also claimed is a container operative with the dispenser comprising a storage cavity for storing reservoir contents and an interface formation configured to receive the dispense conduit of the dispenser to permit transfer of the reservoir contents where the interface formation is disposed in an interface section of the container configured to fit to the open ended tube. The main use is for an e-cigarette. A kit of parts comprising a dispenser and a container is also claimed.
