The present disclosure provides a stethoscope head assembly. A stethoscope head assembly includes a diaphragm and a body. The diaphragm includes a membrane portion, a ring-shaped raised platform extending from a periphery of the membrane portion, and a connecting portion extending downward from a periphery of the ring-shaped raised platform. The body is detachably connected to the diaphragm and includes a sound collecting member. The connection and the ring-shaped raised platform of the diaphragm together form a ring-shaped receiving slot for receiving the sound collecting member of the body.
