The present invention relates to a system for integrally interpreting and diagnosing a medical image through machine learning. The system generates a learning model by performing machine learning on a medical image for a specific body part, inputs the medical image obtained by photographing the specific body part using the generated learning model as a query to discriminate normality of the body part, estimate a lesion location, and search and provide a case similar to the discriminated lesion, estimates and presents body age, diagnoses the current state of a disease through a time series change in the disease and predicts a future state of the disease, and presents the most suitable treatment in the current state. The system comprises: a normal/abnormal prediction model generation unit； and a normality estimation unit.본 발명은 기계학습을 통한 의료영상 판독 및 진단 통합 시스템에 관한 것으로, 특정 신체부위에 대한 의료영상에 대해서 기계학습을 수행하여 학습모델을 생성한 다음, 생성한 학습모델을 이용하여 특정 신체부위를 촬영한 의료영상을 쿼리로 입력하여 해당 신체부위에 대한 정상/비정상 판별, 병변위치 추정, 판별된 병변과 비슷한 케이스를 검색하여 제공하고, 신체연령을 추정하여 제시하며, 질병의 시계열적인 변화를 통해서 질병의 현재상태를 진단하고 질병의 미래상태를 예측하며, 현재상태에서 가장 적합한 치료방법을 제시하는 통합 시스템을 제공하는 것에 관한 것이다.
