PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical technologies which improve the antidiarrheal effect of probiotic components.SOLUTION: An antidiarrheal drug composition containing a probiotic component and an analgesic is provided. Although analgesics are known to cause diarrhea as a side effect, they are possible to improve the antidiarrheal effect of probiotic components when used in combination with probiotic components. The preferable probiotic components are Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus.
