The present invention relates to a laparoscope contamination prevention apparatus. The laparoscope contamination prevention apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an insertion unit in a tubular shape to enclose an insertion pipe of a laparoscope； and a cap unit formed on the front end of the insertion unit to enclose a front end portion of the laparoscope. An optical window for a camera and an optical window for a light source corresponding to a camera and a light source formed on the front end of the laparoscope are separately formed on the front end surface of the cap unit. The laparoscope contamination prevention apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention comprises: an insertion unit in a tubular shape to enclose an insertion pipe of a laparoscope； a cap unit formed on the front end of the insertion unit to enclose a front end portion of the laparoscope； and a cover unit formed on the rear end of the insertion unit to enclose a connection unit of the laparoscope. An optical window for a camera and an optical window for a light source are installed on the front end of the cap unit. The laparoscope contamination prevention apparatus further comprises a contamination prevention means to which high pressure air or a cleaning liquid is supplied through the cover unit or one side of the insertion unit to discharge the high pressure air or the cleaning liquid to the front end of the cap unit to remove fogging or foreign substances attached to the outer surface of the optical windows of the cap unit.
