PURPOSE: A multifunctional porous spherical sintered body is provided to have excellent deodorization, dehumidifying, antibiotic, far-infrared radiation, and anion generating functions by using a natural volcanic ash powder, an inorganic antibacterial agent, and a charcoal powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a multifunctional porous spherical sintered body comprises the following steps. A spherical composition comprised of 94 to 98.5 parts by weight of a natural volcanic ash powder of 80 to 200 mesh, 0.5 to 1.0 part by weight of an inorganic antibacterial agent, 1.0 to 5.0 parts by weight of a charcoal powder is prepared. A plasticization material is obtained by adding 110 parts by weight of plasticization water based on 100.0 parts by weight of the spherical-shaped composition. A spherical structure is molded by using the plasticization material to a size of 2 to 20 mm. The spherical structure is dried at a temperature of 100 to 200°；C in a drying furnace for about 2 to 24 hours to obtain a spherical structure having a moisture content of 10% or less. The dried spherical structure is sintered at a temperature increasing at a constant rate from 300°；C to 1000°；C for 3 to 5 hours. The inorganic antibacterial agent is prepared by substituting an antibiotic metal ion to zirconium phosphate or a zeolite carrier.본 발명은 탈취·제습·항균기능을 갖는 친환경 구상 소성체에 관한 것으로 80~200메쉬의 천연화산재분말, 무기항균제, 숯분말의 조성물 또는 이 조성물에서 화산재조성물의 일부를 염화칼슘분말로 대체한 조성물에 각각 가수하여 구상형의 성형체를 성형하고 1차 소정의 온도 및 시간조건하에서 수분을 조절하여 건조시킨후 2차로 고온의 전기로 또는 소성로의 가열장치를 이용 소결소성시켜서된 탈취·제습·항균기능을 갖는 다기능성의 다공성 구상 소성체에 관한 것이다.
