The present invention provides a multi-functional orthodontic wire bending plier which can curve wire into various curved surfaces when curving a clasp for manufacturing an orthodontic appliance, and can easily manufacture the clasp composed of various curve points through one plier. In addition, to achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises: a pair of operational rods crossing each other to operate to be able to rotate； and an arc forming unit installed on a path of the pair of operational rods to be able to curve the wire in an arch shape.
