The present invention relates to an X-ray photographing auxiliary device for infants and, specifically, to an auxiliary device for infants which can prevent X-ray re-photographing by securing infants who are relatively inattentive with a safe device when taking an X-ray, reduce the manpower and time spent when re-taking an X-ray and, in particular, reduce a risk factor that is X-ray re-photographing of infants vulnerable to X-rays. The auxiliary device comprises: a left support plate and a right support plate provided side by side on both sides of an infant； a left air cushion and a right air cushion respectively arranged on upper sides of the left support plate and the right support plate； at least one connection member provided as an elastic body which connects the left support plate and the right support plate to each other； and a fixing member arranged between the left support plate and the right support plate.본 발명은 영유아를 위한 엑스-레이 촬영용 보조장치에 관한 것으로서, 엑스-레이 촬영 시 비교적 주위가 산만한 영유아를 안전한 장치로 고정하여 엑스-레이 재 촬영을 방지할 수 있고, 엑스-레이 재촬영 시 소모되는 인력 및 시간을 절감하며, 특히, 방사선에 취약한 영유아의 엑스-레이 재 촬영이라는 위험 요소를 줄여주는 특징을 갖는 영유아 보조장치에 관한 것이다.
