The present invention relates to an earthing and ridge making machine. The earthing and ridge making machine comprises the following: a case including an internal case which is curved to an angled C-shape and has an opening； a pair of blades which is installed on a rotary shaft penetrating the internal space by crossing each other for rotating； and a motor which is fixed to the upper side of the case to be connected to one end of the rotary shaft for rotating the rotary shaft using power supplied from the outside. An arch shaped molding plate is installed inside the internal space for molding soil into an arch shape after passing through the internal space using the blades. The width of the ridges is controlled by the width of an earthing container, the arch shaped molding plate, and the blades which are capable of adjusting the width. The soil is formed into the arch shape for easily sowing seeds.
