A pharmaceutical composition according to Claim. 1, wherein component (C) is macrogol 4000.8. A pharmaceutical composition according to Claim. 1, wherein component (D) is a gluconic acid or glucono-δ-lakton.9. A pharmaceutical composition according to Claim. 1, containing from 3 to 50 parts by weight of component (D) relative to 1 massovoychasti component (B) .10.
