FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a hopper which has a feeding horizontal conveyor. A shredding drum is installed on the output side above the conveyor. An adjustable concave is set under the shredding drum. Shredding drum has the form of a hollow cylinder, on the side wall which is secured in a groove trapezoidal knife having bilateral sharpening angle 15-20° and fixed with bolts. Knives (Chisels) are placed in a staggered arrangement with a spacing of 1/8 the diameter of the cylinder. Trapezoidal counter-knives with placing between the blades of chopping drum with a gap clearance of 5-10 mm are mounted on the concave. The delivery auger with a trellis cover is installed behind the concave at the bottom of the shredding drum. The auger has a different reeling from the center. Harrow- (grub) hoe is installed by the hopper. The feed conveyor is equipped with a horizontal cutting knives which are installed on the strips at an angle of 40-45° to the direction of the conveyor movement.
