PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing gear root hanging prevention instrument that prevents root hanging of a fishing hook and a weight to rock, driftwood, seaweed and coral, etc., being present at the bottom of the sea, a lake, a river and a dam lake when sea-bottom fish is caught.SOLUTION: A fishing gear root hanging prevention instrument is provided in which a fishing hook cone cylinder 1 protects a fishing hook and prevents root hanging, also a weight being raised or lowered is covered by the weight cone cylinder 1 to prevent the root hanging. When sinking down toward a bottom by the long casting of an angler, the weight being raised or lowered pushes and extends a weight cone cylinder 1 and a holding part capable of vertical movement in the direction opposite to the fishing hook to thereby hold an interval between the fishing hook cone cylinder and the fishing hook. When the angler draws the fishing line, the weight cone cylinder 1 and the fishing hook cone cylinder 1 are pushed by hydraulic pressure. While going to stop at a predetermined position and surfacing, the fishing hook being drawn is inserted into fishing hook cone cylinder 1 to prevent the root hanging of the fishing hook. As for the weight cone cylinder 1, the root hanging of the weight capable of vertical movement is prevented by surfacing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】底物魚を釣る際、海・湖・川・ダム湖の底にある物岩・流木・海草・サンゴ等に釣り針・おもりが根かかるのを防止する根かかり防止器具を提供する。【解決手段】釣り具根かかり防止器具は、釣り針錐体筒1が釣り針を保護し根かかりを防止し、また、上下可能なおもりをおもり錐体筒1で覆い根かかりを防止する。釣り人が遠投時と底に向かって沈む時は、上下可能なおもりが、おもり錐体筒1と上下移動可能な保持部を釣り針と反対方向に押し広げ、釣り針錐体筒と釣り針の間隔を保持する。釣り人が道糸を引き寄せると、おもり錐体筒1と釣り針錐体筒1は、水圧に押され、所定の位置に止まろうとしつつ、浮上しつつ、引き寄せられた釣り針は、釣り針錐体筒1に挿入されて、釣り針の根かかりが防止され、浮上することで、おもり錐体筒1も上下移動可能なおもりの根かかりが防止される。【選択図】図1
