PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a measuring person by simplifying measurement while retaining advantages of manual measurement of blood pressure, and to improve accuracy in measurement of blood pressure by preventing delay in reading a pressure gauge and faulty memory of the read blood pressure.SOLUTION: A sphygmomanometer body includes: an air passage one end of which is connected to a tube from a cuff and the other end of which is connected to a squeeze bulb a pressure sensor for measuring the pressure within the air passage a display part a control part for controlling the display operation of the display part based on the value measured by the pressure sensor and a decision button. The cuff, the tube, the air passage and the squeeze bulb communicate with one another so that the internal pressure is identical. The control part continuously displays the pressure when the decision button is pressed in the display part. As only one necessary operation is to press the decision button while listening to the sounds in a stethoscope, the measuring person does not have to read the pressure gauge, and the measuring person can focus his/her attention to the sounds in the stethoscope. As a result, there are few risks of delay in reading the pressure gauge, and errors caused by faulty memory of measured values can be prevented.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】手動による血圧計測の長所を保ちながら、計測を容易にして計測者の負担を軽減すると共に、圧力計の読み取り遅れ、読み取った血圧の記憶違いを防止し、血圧計測の精度を向上する。【解決手段】血圧計本体が、一端がカフからのチューブに他端が送気球に連結される空気通路と、空気通路内の圧力を計測する圧力センサと、表示部と、圧力センサの計測値に基づいて表示部の表示動作を制御する制御部と、決定ボタンを有し、カフ、チューブ、空気通路及び送気球は内部が同じ圧力となるように連通しており、制御部は、決定ボタンが押されたときの圧力を表示部に継続的に表示する。聴診器の音を聞いて決定ボタンを押すだけなので、圧力計を読み取る必要がなく、聴診器の音に集中でき、読み取り遅れのおそれが少なく、計測値の記憶違いによるミスも防止できる。【選択図】 図2
