The invention relates to an edible salad powder and an implementation method thereof. The edible salad powder referred in the invention is majorly constituted by an edible rendering starch and a whey protein powder. During implementation, the formulated edible salad powder and other additive food materials are blended in the same container and treated by food processing procedures such as stirring, so that a popular edible salad dressing can be obtained. Accordingly, a desired amount of salad dressing can be formulated in accordance with a clients usage conditions, thereby avoiding deterioration of salad dressing resulted from improper preservation and greatly diminishing the proportion of edible oil in the salad dressing.
