Disclosed is an electric spinal stretching device with improved safety. The electric spinal stretching device comprises: a rotating plate which includes a back unit and a foot fixing unit； a support frame which supports the rotating plate to be rotated； a power generating unit which is installed in the support frame, and includes a driving motor for generating rotation power； and a connecting member which is rotated with the rotating plate, and connects the support frame and the rotating plate. The power generating unit further includes a secondary driving unit for rotating the rotating plate. The secondary driving unit is normally separated from an axis of the driving motor； and rotates an axis of the driving motor by being connected to the axis of the driving motor in disconnection.
