PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material supply device, in which a surface on which a loosening supply roller tears down cooked rice is prevented from drying.SOLUTION: The food material supply device is structured to have: a hopper 22 comprising supply screws 23 and 23 for supplying inputted cooked rice R a loosening supply roller 24 that supplies the cooked rice R supplied from the hopper 22 while tearing down the rice a shutter 25 that opens and closes a dropping route for the cooked rice R supplied from the loosening supply roller 24 and performs operation for supplying the cooked rice R to a food material container S and operation for stopping the supply and a humidifying portion 30 that humidifies a surface F for tearing down the cooked rice R placed at a position opposing to the loosening supply roller 24.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
