The present invention relates to comprehensive garbage treatment and, more particularly, to a machine which converts comprehensive garbage into fuel within 3-4 hours. Instead of a conventional drying method using mechanical dehydration, a drying method which has an effect of low costs and high efficiency is applied to the machine. Also, the machine removes moisture in the garbage at a fast speed, and converts the garbage into fuel by molding the resultant product. The machine can be installed by minor local units, and can treat garbage by minimizing contamination load with respect to the movement of the garbage, thereby having little environmental contamination load.
