PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing brush for an endoscope capable of reliably washing not only an end part body but also a treatment instrument standing table and parts around the treatment instrument standing table thoroughly.SOLUTION: A washing brush for an endoscope includes: a pair of brushes where a group 110 of brush bristles of a first brush 102 and a group 114 of brush bristles of a second brush 104 are arranged face to face and a holding member 106 which forms an insertion/removal space 116 which can insert/remove an end part 7 while bringing it in contact with the group 110 of brush bristles of the first brush 102 and the group 114 of brush bristles of the second brush 104 by holding the pair of brushes apart at facing positions.
