PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable collecting a mulch sheet laid in a field efficiently.SOLUTION: A root crop harvester includes a harvest part 10 which is arranged in one of right and left sides of a front end part of a travelling machine body and can freely harvest root crops a cropped in a field G, a sheet rolling-up part 16 which can freely roll up a marginal part of a mulch sheet Ms being laid in such a state as to cover the surface of the field G in accordance to the traveling of the traveling machine body and is arranged in a position closer to a lateral center side of the traveling machine body than the harvest part 10, and a guide part 17 for guiding the mulch sheet Ms rolled up from the field G by the sheet rolling-up part 16 from the lateral center side with respect to the traveling direction of the traveling machine body to one of right and left sides in which the harvest 10 is arranged.
