To provide a pet toy capable of bringing a pet such as a cat to play with a pet attractant image brightly lit with light and quickly moving the pet attractant as well as being not so easily broken.
SOLUTION: The pet toy includes an emission diode 14 emitting light by receiving the electric POWER supply from a battery in a body case 1 and a shade 15 having a pinhole 23 forward from the emission diode 14 in the body case 1, wherein the pinhole 23 of the shade 15 is formed in a shape of the pet attractant such as a mouse and fish and is provided with a convex lens 21 attached ON the tip side of the body case 1 for bringing the light from the emission diode 14 emitted from the pinhole 23 to approach to be parallel beams so as to project the shape of the pinhole 23 onto the outside with light of the emission diode 14.
