To provide a dialysis liquid supply device enabling an operator to perform easily a washing/sterilization work of a liquid flow path with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A dialysis liquid supply device includes a washing agent makeup mechanism 30 for making up a washing/sterilization agent for washing/sterilizing a liquid contact part having a contat with dialysis liquid of the dialysis liquid supply device 100, into an RO water pipe 13 through which diluted solution is circulated.
