The airbag type sensing pad includes an air bag unit, a non-return valve, an air pump, a pressure relief valve, a flow sensor, and a processor. The air pump is connected to the air bag unit through the non-return valve and is used to inflate the air bag unit through the non-return valve. The flow sensor is connected to the air bag unit through the pressure relief valve. The processor is coupled to the flow sensor.
