The present invention relates to a 3D oral acupuncture system. The 3D oral acupuncture system is for integrating areas of lips, teeth, gums, and the tongue to a 3D disease-syndrome differentiation scope. Disease information is obtained by observing organs such as lips, teeth, gums, and the tongue, which can reflect information of acupuncture points, sensitive points, disease reaction points, and organs conditions of a body.
