PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for side vision which is attached to an insertion tube of a direct viewing type endoscope so that an even inside of a small-diameter hole formed on an examinee can be suitably observed all over the periphery to an edge side, and an endoscopic device.
SOLUTION: The attachment for side vision 10 includes: a nearly tubular sheath 11 in which the insertion part 2a is inserted from its proximal end side a rotationally driving means 13 provided on the proximal end side of the sheath 11 and rotating the sheath 11 axially an observation direction changing member 14 provided on the edge side of the sheath 11 so as to be rotatable axially together with the sheath 11, and changing an observation direction of an observation means 5 of the insertion part 2a from the edge side to the side in a state in which the insertion part 2a is inserted in the sheath 11 and an illumination means 15 provided on the edge side of the sheath 11 so as to be rotatable axially together with the sheath 11, and having a light emitting part 19 capable of emitting illuminating light to the observation direction of the observation means 5 changed by the observation direction changing member 14.
