The nozzle rod fastening plate includes a line hole(5). Position sensors are fixed to both sides of the nozzle rod fastening plate through the line hole. The nozzle rod fastening plate includes the line hole(7) of a target formed at a nozzle rod fastening arm(6). The reducer of a motor is fastened to the nozzle rod fastening plate. A flange formed at the nozzle rod fastening arm is compressed by a torque limiter fastened with the reducer. A hinge fastens one side of the nozzle rod fastening arm and a nozzle rod arm.
