The present invention relates to a portable micro current treating device comprising: a main body which generates and supplies micro current with stored battery power； a body fixing unit which is provided in the main body to fix the main body in a human body of a user； and one or more current pads which are attached to a specific part of the human body of the user, and are connected to be separated from the main body to transmit the micro current supplied in the main body to the human body of the user. The main body includes: a power supply controlling unit； a mode selection inputting unit； and a microcomputer. The power supply controlling unit controls current supplied in a battery. The mode selection inputting unit includes a plurality of modes and is provided on an outer surface of the main body to operate a mode selected depending on selection of the user. The microcomputer includes: a micro current supplying end； a memory unit； and a central controlling unit. The micro current supplying end is provided on the outer surface of the main body to supply current corresponding to a mode signal inputted through the mode selection inputting unit to a current pad attached to the human body of the user. The memory unit stores an execution program to output corresponding micro current to the micro current supplying end when the mode selected through the mode selection inputting unit is executed. The central controlling unit confirms the mode signal inputted in the mode selection inputting unit； controls execution of the program stored in the memory unit； and outputs the current set through the micro current supplying end.
