PURPOSE: A preparing apparatus of radiopharmaceuticals is provided to support various kinds of radiopharmaceuticals by replacing cartridges, cassettes, and tubes according to target radiopharmaceuticals.CONSTITUTION: A preparing apparatus of radiopharmaceuticals includes a first module part(1), a second module part(2), and a PLC. The first module part obtains products which are synthesized by the mixing reaction of radioisotopes and reagents. The second module part is connected to a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and refines the products from the first module part and formulates radiopharmaceuticals using the refined products. The PLC controls the operational processes of the module parts and the HPLC. The PLC transmits data from the module parts and the HPLC to an external controller. The PLC receives commands from the external controller and transmits the commands to the first module part.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 방사성의약품 제조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 방사성의약품 제조장치는 방사성동위원소와 시약의 혼합에 의한 반응을 통해 합성되는 생성물을 획득하는 제1 모듈부, HPLC와 연동되어 상기 생성물을 정제하고 상기 정제된 생성물을 통해 방사성의약품을 제제하는 제2 모듈부, 그리고 상기 제1 모듈부, 상기 제2 모듈부, 및 상기 HPLC를 상기 방사성의약품의 제조를 위한 구동이 이루어지도록 제어하며, 상기 제1 모듈부, 상기 제2 모듈부, 및 상기 HPLC로부터 획득한 데이터를 외부제어장치로 전송하여 상기 외부제어장치에서 상기 제1 모듈부, 상기 제2 모듈부, 및 상기 HPLC의 상태에 대한 모니터링이 이루어지도록 하고, 상기 외부제어장치로부터 상기 합성을 수행하는 명령을 전송받아 상기 제1 모듈부로 전송하는 PLC를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 합성, 정제, 제제의 전 단계를 하나의 장치를 통해 자동적으로 처리할 수 있고, 다양한 종류의 방사성의약품에 대한 합성이 하나의 장치를 통해 이루어질 수 있으며, 작업자를 방사능 피폭으로부터 보호할 수 있다.
