A soft tissue characteristic measurement system is provided in the present invention. In the system, a control module is set by an increasing applied force test stage and a decreasing applied force test stage. The increasing and decreasing applied force test stages are divided into a plurality of first times and second times and a plurality of first forces and second forces which are based on the first and second times respectively. The control module is provided to control the measurement device by using the control unit for an electric parameter of a displacement rod and a value of a sensor for a restoring force so that the control module captures the first and second times and displacements, the first and second forces and the restoring forces.
