The present invention relates to a buoy having double pipes, which comprises two pipes on an outer side and an inner side, thereby preventing condensation caused by temperature difference and exhibiting enhanced durability. The buoy is formed by a pair of covers integrally coupled on both sides of a body. The body comprises: an outer pipe； and an inner pipe integrally formed on an inner side of the outer pipe wherein a plurality of barriers are radially formed at regular intervals between the outer pipe and the inner pipe. Accordingly, due to a double structure of the outer pipe and the inner pipe, and a first space and a second space, the temperature difference between the outside and the inside may be minimized, thereby preventing condensation, and thus, moisture is not generated from an inner side of the buoy, thereby preventing deterioration of buoyancy.
