PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact disposable pull-on diaper with excellent performance in easy application and waist and leg fittings.SOLUTION: A compact disposable pull-on diaper has a waist opening part defined by distal edge parts 88F, 88B of an annular elastic belt 40 that includes front/rear belt portions 84, 86 joined to each other on side seams, waist elastic strands 98 and side panel elastic strands 100, and that has a waist periphery length in a stretched state and a waist periphery length in a free state, and two leg opening parts defined by joining proximal edge parts 90F, 90B of left/right side panels 82F, 82B in the front/rear belt portions and left/right side edge parts 48 of a crotch panel 56 in an absorbent body 38 respectively.
