- Novel and green approach for phytosynthesis of gold nanoparticle using Jatropha curcas callus extract was developed. Rare cyclic peptides and a protease enzyme curcain may be responsible for the formation of nanoparticle of different shape and size. The physicochemical of the nanoparticle characterization was carried out using various spectroscopy and microscopy facility like DSC, XRD, IR, TEM, Zeta sizer and UV-vis spectroscopic studies.
