PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsion sunscreen cosmetic applied to a face including the circumference of eyes, which has less irritation to eyes and high UVB and UVA protection effects and is excellent in make-up effects.SOLUTION: There is provided a water-in-oil type emulsion sunscreen cosmetic which contains the following components (a), (b) and (c) in the outer phase without containing octylmethoxycinnamate, octocrylene and avobenzone: (a) 5 to 15 mass% of rutile type crystal titanium oxide having an average particle diameter of 30 to 80 nm, which is subjected to hydrophobic treatment (b) 0.1 to 10 mass% of iron oxide and (c) 5 to 15 mass% of zinc oxide having an average particle diameter of 20 to 80 nm, which is subjected to hydrophobic treatment.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
