The lotion containing an imidazole-based anti-fungal agent as provided is characterized in that the imidazole-based anti-fungal agent has 90% grain diameter (D90) of 30 &mgr； m or below, and the lotion is a turbid lotion comprising 1, 3-butanediol and water, and it does not comprise a surfactant or a lower alcohol.
