PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus and a measuring system capable of improving the measuring accuracy of biological information.SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus 100 comprises: a wearing portion 110 to be worn by a subject； a sensor unit 120 supported by the wearing portion 110 for contact with a test site S1 of the subject to acquire biological information of the subject； and a protruding portion 130 arranged about the sensor unit 120. The protruding portion 130 protrudes further than the sensor unit 120 toward the test site S1 when the sensor unit 120 is not in contact with the test site S1.
