The present invention relates to a grain confectionery manufacturing apparatus, the structural components of which are moveable and separably coupled, thereby allowing a more sanitary maintenance of the apparatus, wherein the overall apparatus has a compact size to allow for installation and use in a small space and can produce various shapes of puffed grains, and an upper and a lower pot assembly and a grain supply assembly, which come into contact with a grain, are detachably coupled and thus can be easily cleaned.
