PURPOSE: An adjuvant composition containing mud is provided to prevent and treat diseases by maintaining humoral immunity. CONSTITUTION: An adjuvant composition contains mud as an active ingredient. The size of mud is 100-400 mesh. The mud has 0.2-0.3 um of hole on the surface. The mud is contained in 0.1-50%. A vaccine composition contains the adjuvant composition and antigen. The antigen is neospora caninum. The vaccine composition is formulated in an injection formulation. 본 발명은 머드(mud)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 보좌제(adjuvant) 조성물에 관한 것으로, 머드는 항원과 함께 사용될 경우 세포성 면역과 체액성 면역을 모두 유도하는 보좌제로서, 예방 및 치료용 백신의 보좌제로서 매우 적합하다.
